1/ Origins: A New Creation by Matt Furie :

Doggensnout Skeptic, or DOGS, emerged from the imaginative mind of Matt Furie, the legendary artist behind Pepe the Frog. The name “Doggensnout Skeptic” is the official name given by Matt Furie himself in his NFT hand-drawn collection “Hedz” in 2022.
